Refunds

Kucoin Whales Club do not offer any refunds and returns policy after the payment has been made. That’s why team Kucoin Whales Club offers 10 days trial to members. After trial period has passed, if user will not cancel the membership the subscription will be charged, we won’t offer you any refunds if user did not cancel the subscriptions during the trial period.

Cancellations

Users can cancel the memberships at any point by using there portal and the further payments will not be collected. We will also notify you of the cancellation.

Upgrade

Users can upgrade the memberships from there portals or make the request on the server. All upgrade request within the first 15 days will be upgraded by paying the difference of the membership. After 15 days full subscription will be charged to upgrade the membership.
